Position Overview
As the number of opportunities and customers accumulates, we are looking for someone who can support the sales teams throughout the sales lifecycle to win more projects. You will work directly with the Sales Manager and Account Owners in preparing sales documents, managing ongoing customer relationships, and participating in major events and exhibitions.

As the position requires a good understanding of our products and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), you will have opportunities to learn directly from our experts. Key responsibilities
- Create and prepare documents for sales-related activities, such as proposals, vendor assessments, vendor registrations, and reports.
- Maintain sales records and activities in the Company’s CRM.
- Collaborate with the Account Owner to track contract status and renewals.
- Arrange bookings with customers for the company’s services.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out to the sales team via phone.
- Work with the marketing team to provide information and insights from the sales team.
- Participate in sales events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- No work experience required! Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in any field are welcome.
- Adequate experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or equivalent software, is preferred.
- Love to keep things well-organized and have attention to detail.
- Good command of English; able to participate fully in professional discussions and express yourself clearly in both written and spoken forms.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills; able to respond politely to customer requests and feedback while capturing their key messages.
- Self-responsible and proactive; able to prioritize day-to-day tasks and no hesitation to reach out to colleagues or supervisors for their actions or inputs.
