About the Role:

We are looking for a Computer System Validation (CSV) Engineer with a passion for quality and digital transformation to join our Tulip delivery team. This role focuses on validating digital manufacturing solutions built using the Tulip Frontline Operations Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring applications are robust, meet customer and regulatory requirements, and are thoroughly tested before and during formal validation execution.

This role includes both paper-based/manual testing and validation using standard tools, as well as participation in app development and testing to identify and resolve issues before validation. Thus, you will need to learn basic app building knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Computer System Validation (CSV) of Tulip applications using standard tools or paper-based documentation.
• Collaborate with solution engineers to understand app functionality and develop validation documents accordingly.
• Execute and document testing to ensure apps are bug-free before validation, raising and tracking issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and other relevant regulatory guidelines throughout the testing and validation process.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to analyze test results, suggest improvements, and support system acceptance.
• Learn to build apps using Tulip’s no-code platform to support basic functionality changes or validation scenarios.

About You:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in CSV, QA, QC, or software testing in Pharma manufacturing or life sciences.
• Familiar with GAMP 5 or equivalent validation frameworks and regulated environments (GxP, GMP).
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance and structured documentation.
• Experience with Creating Requirement, Risk Assessment, test planning, and execution of manual test cases.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Fluent in English (TOEIC > 700 or equivalent).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Tulip or other low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
• Background in Pharma/life sciences IT, or digital transformation.
• Understanding of UI/UX, software integration concepts, or basic app logic.
• Eagerness to learn app-building and modern digital tools for frontline operations.
• Experience using tools like Jira, TestRail, or equivalent.
