David is a Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Factorytalk and BatchLine with more than 25 years of experience and acts as a trusted Advisor, Consultant and technical expert to the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Life Science industries in the areas of compliance and technology. He oversees and develops a deeply skilled, widely experienced and rapidly growing business and team of experts who apply best practice methods, learning and solutions into reality across Asia, US and Europe.  David‘s technical and consulting background spans shop floor integration and control through manufacturing execution and quality management systems up to corporate operational improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.

David Holt is Group Managing Director of Factorytalk, a company specialising in GxP Consulting and Software founded in 2004 and HQ’d in Bangkok, Thailand, where he lives. He has been in leadership roles in technology related companies for the last 16 years, and for the last 10 focused specifically on digitalisation of GxP regulated industries. He has a broad range of experience including co-founding the Lite MES Batch Recording software company BatchLine, and overseeing partnerships with leading GxP Software vendors MasterControl and LORENZ in SE Asia, and pioneering work with Tulip Interfaces globally to support digital transformation of multinational life sciences organisations.

David’s recent notable work includes leading no-code GxP digtialisation of all 28 AstraZeneca sites globally and other top 20 Pharma companies, groundbreaking composable MES deployments and bespoke digital validation solutions using highly risk-based methods, as well as leading the design of a Blockchain system for Vaccine management in collaboration with the UK and Thai governments. He is active with ISPE GAMP contributing to the latest GAMP 5 2nd Edition Blockchain sections, was formally part of the CCI and Linux Foundation for Public Health and is passionate about overcoming the barriers of digitisation in life sciences.

Jason Hayes serves as the Head of Quality at SCHOTT MINIFAB. Since joining MINIFAB in 2002, Jason has been responsible for delivering many key projects in the area of microfabrication, microfluidic devices, and medical diagnostics working with Australian, European and US based clients. Jason was also responsible for installing MINIFAB's ISO13485:2016 Quality Management System and for the successful certification audit. He now has nearly 30 years professional experience in applied micro and nano technology research and development, with particular emphasis in transfer of product development activities to manufacturing.

Orchun brings 15 years of expertise in Technical, Sales, and Management roles within the Pharma/Bio industry. He has extensive experience in highly regulated GMP environments, specializing in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Electronic Batch Records (EBR). His background spans traditional pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, vaccines, blood plasma, and innovative cell and gene therapy processes.

He is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare operations across Australia and Thailand. He currently serves as First Senior Vice President – Head of Operations at B Grimm Pharma, where he leads strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance in a highly regulated environment.

Eileen T. Barroga, a pharmacist with over 20 years at Unilab, is the Project Manager for the Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS). She leads project coordination and implementation across sites. With a strong background in quality and operations, she’s passionate about process simplification and transparency, driving Unilab’s ongoing EQMS transformation.

With 14 years of diverse experience at Bayer, David Li possesses a strong background as an SAP consultant, IT auditor, and in product supply. He is committed to driving digital transformation initiatives across Consumer Health APAC manufacturing sites. Passionate about innovation and emerging technologies, he strives to enhance efficiency and productivity to achieve operational excellence.

She has more than 15 years’ experience in the areas of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, GxP Project Management, computerized system implementation and validation. She has been successfully managing and delivering various GxP projects across Asia Pacific and Europe, from new sterile facilities to IT solutions deployment.
