Sell High-Impact Digital Solutions Across Southeast Asia
Are you an experienced enterprise software sales professional looking to break into or grow within the life sciences sector?
Factorytalk is hiring an Account Lead to drive sales of MasterControl eQMS and digital transformation services across Southeast Asia.
This is a high-impact role combining new customer acquisition and strategic account growth, working with leading pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers across the region
The Role
You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and closing new customers to growing long-term strategic accounts.
You will sell:
• MasterControl eQMS (electronic Quality Management System)
• Factorytalk’s professional services (implementation, consulting, workshops)
You’ll work closely with solution consultants, delivery teams, and customer success teams, building strong partnerships and expanding customer value over time.
What You Will Do
New Business Sales
• Develop new opportunities across Southeast Asia life sciences markets
• Lead full sales cycles from prospecting to close
• Engage senior stakeholders in Quality, Manufacturing, and IT
• Build a strong regional pipeline and territory plans
Account Leadership & Growth
• Own and grow strategic accounts post-sale
• Build trusted relationships with customer leadership teams
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities across sites and functions
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes and long-term growth
Solution Selling
• Collaborate with solution consultants to shape compelling, value-driven proposals
• Support demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations
Candidate Profile
Essential
• 3–5 years of success in enterprise software sales
• Proven ability to close new business and grow accounts
• Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial customers
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to operate across Southeast Asian markets
Highly Desirable
• Experience selling into pharmaceutical or medical device companies
• Experience selling any of the following:
• eQMS
• ERP
• LIMS, MES, or other operational software
