Highlights from ISPE Indonesia: Optimized and compliant digital operations with EBR and EQMS

Factorytalk and BatchLine were delighted to participate in the ISPE Indonesia seminar, “Optimized & Compliant Digital Operations with EBR and eQMS,” held on 24 June 2026 in Indonesia. The event brought together pharmaceutical industry professionals to explore practical approaches to digitalisation, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence through Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).

A key highlight of the seminar was the regulatory perspective presented by Dr. Shanti Marlina, Acting Director of Drug Production Supervision at Badan POM RI (Indonesia’s National Agency of Drug and Food Control), who shared valuable insights into the role of EBR and eQMS in supporting GMP compliance and the future of pharmaceutical digitalisation in Indonesia.

The seminar also featured presentations from:

  • Orchun Thakral, Head of Customer Success and Sales Director, BatchLine
  • Vissarut Saksureemongkol, Sales Manager, Factorytalk
  • Vivi Faliyanna, Solutions Consultant, Factorytalk
  • Meidi Fransisca Siregar, who shared a customer perspective on digital transformation and composable manufacturing solutions.

Throughout the day, attendees explored key topics including EBR implementation roadmaps, eQMS best practices, ROI considerations, digital quality processes, live demonstrations, and strategies for managing digital transformation in regulated environments.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to every participant who attended the sessions, joined the discussions, and visited the Factorytalk and BatchLine tabletop. Your engagement and interest made the event a great success, and we look forward to continuing the conversation on compliant digital manufacturing and quality excellence.
